DEMO DAY 9 June 2022

Over the course of the Demo Day the participants presented their ideas and projects in which they were involved.

The Demo Day was held online, on the Zoom platform, where the participants enjoyed the experience with events both on the Main Room and in assigned virtual rooms, along with their mentors and judges.

The Jury consisting up of  Miklos GABOR, business developer at ELTE’s School of Computer Science and Engineering, Hungary, Adina RUS, Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Miroslav OPIELA, „Pavol Jozef Safarik” University of Kosice, Slovakia, Daniela PASTARMADZHIEVA, University „ Paisii Hilendarski” of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Jack NG, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom have chosen the winning scouts such as: the Top Prize Demo Day 2022 goes to Diana BOGDAN from UBB team.

The five Most Impressive Project form each university goes to: Daniel Horpacsi (ELTE), Diana Bogdan (UBB), Eva Markova (UPJS), Nikolay Chochev (PU) and Frank Yntema (HW).

The best pitch was chosen by the participants as be Peter Kiss from ELTE.

The winning scout of the Top Prize from Babes Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca -Romania presented one of their research project, namely HaloBioPlast, about synthesized plastic by halotolerant bacteria Halomonas elongata.

The winning scout of the Best Pitch from ELTE University, Budapest -Hungary propose the idea of automatic essay evaluation (business case).
